Summer is over, and many of us already miss the backyard cookouts that characterize that season. Whether or not you’re a fan of grilling, take a moment to appreciate the complex web of human interaction that lowers the prices of commonly used and widely-available goods. When measured in terms of hours worked, almost everything is “on sale” compared to 1979, and grills are no exception:
